Due to the instant delivery nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds after a digital file has been downloaded or accessed. This is standard practice for digital goods and is consistent with consumer protection guidelines for digital downloads.

Exceptions — When We Will Consider a Refund
We will consider a refund request in the following limited circumstances:
- Technical failure: You were charged but did not receive a download link and our support team was unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours
- Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same order
- Unauthorized charge: You can demonstrate that the purchase was made without your authorization
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under the exceptions above, contact us within 7 days of your purchase date with:
- Your full name and email address used at checkout
- Order confirmation number
- Description of the issue
